I don't know where to begin. My mother has been in the care home, and the care has been spectacular. We just wanted to thank everyone who made my mother's last months of life so much easier. I don't want to name names because I'm sure I'd leave someone out, and that would be very unfair, because they were all incredibly professional but also very warm and caring.
