Opiniones

My only complaint is that they only shower people once a week. Someone asked for more frequent showers and was told no. I believe that even though personal hygiene is provided daily, residents should be showered at least three times a week. For what they pay, I consider this shower service insufficient. Otherwise, from what I've heard, it's fine.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for the excellent treatment and care provided to my father during his stay. From the first day, we felt supported and reassured by the dedication, respect, and warmth with which he was treated. Each staff member demonstrated great professionalism and humanity. The care was always warm and attentive, adapting to his needs and making him feel at home. It's a relief to know that there are places where the dignity of older adults is truly valued, and where they are offered not only medical care but also love and companionship. Thank you for your commitment and for the peace of mind you provided us every day.

A very bad experience. The medical service, doctor, and nurse left much to be desired. The ward where they keep the dementia patients is degrading and very sad. Unfortunately, my father was only there for a short time, but I definitely would have moved him to another facility. I felt very deceived just a few days after he was admitted.

A terrible experience. An elderly relative was given an overdose of lorazepam and placed on a ward for people with intellectual disabilities—depressing and shameful. She had to be admitted to the emergency room because of it and almost died. The head nurse was a kitchen girl. Furthermore, in her room, they placed her next to a woman in a vegetative state and near death, even though she was paying €2,000 a month. All of this increased her sadness and depression, as well as that of the family members who visited her. This all happened just before Covid. We had to move her to another residence until she passed away. 😓 Not recommended at all. If you love someone, don't put them in that grotesque parking lot for the elderly. During Covid, it's best not to know what happened there...it's outrageous. I'm not giving it a zero because they won't let me. And yes, it's this residence; I signed the contract, and I didn't... They replied saying it was one with a similar name. And no, I didn't get the residence wrong, as you claim. I know perfectly well which one it is because I signed the contract, and it's called Verdi and it's on Verdi Street. I visited her every day. Don't try to cover it up and excuse yourselves with a lie because I don't know how you can even look ashamed of telling such a falsehood. Who do you think we are? It's shameful of you. I'm a lawyer, and I signed the residence contract on behalf of my relative. A nurse gave her the lorazepam overdose at night without consulting a doctor. I don't know what kind of doctor they had, but he must have been terrible. We had to admit her to the emergency room to save her because they almost killed her due to their negligence and mistakes. Another time, she fell out of bed and nearly broke her face, from being so sedated with tranquilizers. Luckily, she didn't have to endure COVID because who knows what would have happened in there and what they would have told her family. Luckily, we moved her to a better and more serious one.

It's an excellent nursing home. I've had my mother there since 2006. It has good facilities. Everyone who lives there is treated very well. The staff is very helpful and the doctor is excellent. The terrace is excellent. Overall, I would recommend it.
