Taking my husband to a care home was a very difficult decision. But I have to say that the experience during the year and a half my husband has been at Sanitas has been positive. I want to thank all the staff, both management and therapists, for the care he received, but I especially wanted to mention the caregivers on the second floor, and particularly Mayra and Dori. Because while the management of the care home is important, the care provided by the caregivers on the floor is even more so. I mention this because it's known that it's difficult to find dedicated staff, and that's where, in my opinion, good management is essential. Thank you all very much. Conchi

We are delighted with this care home. The staff is very competent and caring towards our brother. There are excellent professionals, and they maintain direct contact with the family. We are very grateful to them all.

The decision to take a relative to a residence is always accompanied by doubts. We visited others and this one was to go in and make the visit, and the doubts disappeared: we were convinced, by Isabel's welcome, the atmosphere of the relatives and the residents. We had already found him! Dad has been very well here until the end. Well attended to and well cared for. Very happy, always, with all the staff. Many thanks to everyone, to Isabel Bonel and Isabel Jordà, to Carla who is always attentive and to the other caregivers, to the physiotherapists and to the table companions, and special mention to Dr. Mariuska, a luxury to have someone like her so vocational and professional to help both our relatives, to live with quality and drive the best of each day, as well as the relatives.
