Sanitas Provença Residencia Care Center offers excellent, caring service. The staff is attentive, professional, and always willing to help. It's not even been a month since my mother joined the day care center and I can only say wonderful things about the staff. They are all very, very nice to deal with, professional in their work and attentive to detail. My mother leaves the residence lively and happy thanks to the many activities they do. They are not four cold walls where you leave your mother to spend her hours, but they care about the well-being and health of the patients. I would just like to add that the staff who work in the residences are paid little for the important and sensitive (and altruistic) work they carry out. If there is anyone who can do something about it, they should think about their own old age. Not everything ends with financial performance. Thank you.

We have had my mother at the residence for a year and a half and we are very grateful for the treatment received by the entire professional team. The center has an App, where we are informed at all times about the mother's day to day. It is also worth highlighting the great work that Sandra and Raquel do with their activities team. Mom is always doing some work or game and has a great time with them.

Yesterday we visited the Santa Llúcia Fair, everything that involves being able to go out is welcome for the residents and they are very encouraged to attend. As always, Sandra is well prepared so that everyone is quite distracted and happy.
