Opiniones

Mostly nice staff but hospital in terrible state. Better to drive to bellvitges for adults or sant joan de deu for children. Heavily under-staffed! Bad functioning emergency care. My daughter was in the hospital for a week, no dedicated pediatra, just the 1 pediatra in the hospital who was also running the emergency room care. 1 visit a day for 1 minute to study the case, destroy of the time the nurses were trying to cover the job. They refused a transfer to another hospital which they by Catalan law have to provide. I recommended all my friends in the area to avoid this hospital and all the families at school have the same experience and do the same as I recommend.

Great hospital amazing personnel. We rushed to the emergency they were very kind and helpful. Even though we don't speak any Spanish everyone did their best they were amazingly helpful. Environment is clean materials are good prices are reasonable. I'm impressed with the care and kindness of all nurses ans doctors. I'm grateful

I am from England, this morning, I had a very bad fall. The ambulance arrived within 10 mins. The paramedics were absolutely amazing as I don't speak much Spanish. I was seen almost straight away at the hospital. I was given an x Ray within an hour. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to all of the hospital staff for their kindness and attention. The hospital was absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were all so warm and friendly despite my lack of Spanish. I am externally grateful. If this would have happened in the U.K. I would probably be still lying on the floor.

The staff were unprofessional and rude, and the waiting times were excessively long without any explanation. As someone suffering from pancreatitis, a condition that can be life-threatening if not promptly addressed, it was concerning that the doctors showed little urgency in treating the issue. I was left waiting on a bed without any attention from healthcare professionals. Additionally, I couldn't help but feel neglected, as it seemed locals were prioritised over me, possibly because of my British nationality. It was disheartening to observe more nurses congregating in the smoking shelter than attending to patients in the ward. Overall, the experience was disgraceful and highlighted serious issues with the hospital's care standards.

We’ve been very impressed with the support we received from all the different healthcare professionals at this hospital across multiple appointments and departments. In every area you instantly notice people care about doing a good job and understand that this is run by and for people. Thanks to all the people at the obstetrics department
