I am deeply grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the Ballesol Almogávares team to my father during the 21 months he has been at the center. From the caregivers and assistants to the supervisors, medical team, and cleaning staff, everyone who works there has cared for my father and all the residents with tenderness, patience, and great professionalism, as we have witnessed during the many hours we have spent there keeping him company. It is wonderful to see and experience professionals who dedicate themselves with such vocation and affection to the elderly. Thank you so much.

It's unbelievable, the lack of concern for their residents. I just saw a very elderly gentleman go by in a wheelchair, and he has no legs. I called to report that he was alone, without anyone accompanying him, and the social worker told me that everything was under control. I wonder what she means by "under control" when he has no companion? Is this the kind of care he receives? Where is the empathy for their patients? I don't consider this normal at all.

I can't express enough gratitude for the care my mother received at Ballesol Almogávares. She arrived in very fragile health, requiring extensive nursing care and detailed medical attention, as she had just undergone colon cancer surgery. We also had to move her to a different region, so they took care of all the administrative aspects, managing her social security in Barcelona, her medication, and the dependency law. From the administration staff to the assistants, doctors, and nurses, they immediately took charge of the situation and provided her with a high-protein diet to help her regain all the weight she had lost. As a family member with a dependent person, I know for sure that I couldn't have left her in a better place during those critical times, and thanks to them, she recovered in record time. Although she is now in another residence due to logistical reasons, I fondly remember those months of human warmth, words of encouragement, and the exceptional care given to my mother. I can only express my gratitude. My mother spent a few months at Ballesol Almogávares, and the care, dedication, and attention given to both her and the family were exceptional. I am very sad that my mother cannot continue at this residence. But we will do everything possible to arrange for her to return in the near future. We are all very grateful.
