Good afternoon, We want to express our gratitude through this review because we believe it's important to share both our appreciation and any areas for improvement. Our 96-year-old aunt, Lola, who was a resident, passed away about two weeks ago. As her nephews and nieces (since Aunt Lola had no children), we must say that both the management, led by Mr. Antonio, who is very attentive and responsive to the unique needs that arise daily, and the staff who work there (I would like to mention them all) are excellent professionals who provide wonderful care to our elderly residents. I decided to write a review because I believe it's important to express both the good and the bad. My mother has been in the residence for five years now, initially as a day center attendee, and since November as a resident. Above all, I must commend the work done by the owners, who have become her primary caregivers, simply by walking around the residence, which is, by the way, their home, and checking on her well-being. Another thing I greatly appreciate, in my humble opinion, is that few residences allow you to be with your family at any time of day. We work and can only visit when we can, but we shouldn't overlook the fact that this is a huge guarantee, because they have nothing to hide. These are simple things, but for me, they are incredibly valuable. Every night, I go to put my mother to bed, just like I did when she was at home. These are small things that my mother needs, and thanks to the management of this residence, they make it easy for my mother to be happy, and of course, for me to be happy too. So I could say and continue writing good things about many people who work there, but since I don't know everyone's name, I prefer not to single them out. So, I'll just give a big hug to all the workers and say THANK YOU! A big hug to everyone!!
