This residence is spectacular, because of the way the residents are treated. They are so humane, they go out of their way for them, true professionals who dedicate themselves every day to helping and caring for them. The attention, the pampering, the affection they give is priceless. My mother was there for 18 years, and I can only congratulate the amazing staff. Thank you to everyone for the care and attention you gave her; they deserve an award. The people who work here are incredible; it was like my second home. I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work. If you have any doubts about bringing a family member here, don't hesitate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

The residence has good facilities and friendly staff, ALTHOUGH NOT ALL OF THEM. I recently visited my mother and witnessed a staff member mistreating an elderly resident (luckily, it wasn't my mother). When I asked my mother the staff member's name, she wouldn't tell me, but I was told they call him "DEMON" (it left me speechless). How can it be that elderly residents use this nickname for a staff member in a nursing home? This tells me how people must be treated when family members aren't present. I decided to speak with another staff member to find out the person's name, without mentioning what had happened, and they told me her name was Katia. Later, I told her what had happened, and her colleague said that she sometimes goes too far in her treatment of people in general. Finally, they told me I could file a complaint or contact Victor, but due to lack of time, I haven't been able to file a formal complaint or get an explanation as to how someone like that can work in a nursing home. I hope the staff takes note or contacts me to provide the explanations that, as seen in other comments, they also have from the same person.

It's a good residence, but I don't see them having enough resources to properly care for people with dementia and psychological issues. That doesn't mean it's a bad residence, but there's a lack of attention to people with dementia and psychological problems. This is my personal opinion.

After a terrible move from one residence in every way, I'm so happy to have moved to this one! 😍 The staff are so friendly and welcoming, wonderful people, and very caring. There are plenty of staff to provide excellent service. The bedrooms have everything you need and are sunny and comfortable. Very sunny. A huge garden with flowers and plants for strolling and enjoying activities in the shade. They provide detailed information about everything, both in person and by phone. The food is good, they have their own kitchen, and there's laundry service and en-suite bathrooms in the bedrooms. The center is very large and spacious. Very clean. I'm forgetting some things, but overall, it deserves top marks. I highly recommend it. Thank you for your work and help.
