My relative's experience at this care home was a complete nightmare. Negligence that almost cost them their life. The staff and management treated them in a degrading manner. Please do not admit your loved ones to this care home. The staff is completely unqualified and unprofessional. The treatment was inhumane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
