I regret having to make this comment about Residencial Sant Gervasi Parc, because before 2020 my mother had already spent two or three seasons there for a few months to rehabilitate herself from falls she had suffered, and the truth is that everything had gone quite well. Since she had a good memory of it, this autumn she wanted to return there, now definitively because she is about to turn 98 and could no longer be at home alone and did not want to have caregivers there. The reality we encountered, however, was totally different from the expectations we had. During the almost four months she was there, the care has been very poor. I warned the technical team on more than one occasion that my mother, apart from being very old, was going through a very delicate emotional and mental moment, due to different circumstances, but at no time did she receive any kind of help or psychological support (at the center it is clear that they have not had this service for a long time!). All of this had an impact on his general condition, both physical and mental, which in a short time has been significantly affected to the point that he has become a totally dependent person and unable to perform the most basic functions. At this point, we still don't even know who runs the center. At no time did anyone show their face, not even when we decided to leave... The only face visible to us, who treated us with affection and humanity at all times, was Cristina, one of the reception girls. In conclusion, then, I advise against this residence, although its appearance may dazzle, and the high monthly fees make us expect a high-quality service.

My father has been coming to the Sant Gervasi Parc day care center for a year and a half and, given his condition, it was the only thing that encouraged him to leave the house every day. He did a lot of activities and a lot of physiotherapy with the help of Sole...he was treated exceptionally by everyone. Thank you very much!

They say that when you enter a place, the first impression counts. In our case, that was the case. My 95-year-old mother lived in Malaga, and from a distance, we couldn't take care of her as she deserved. My family and I decided to move her to Barcelona, close to our home. Once the decision was made, it was time to select the residence. I already had good reviews of S. Gervasi Park, but when I first moved in, the person at the front desk made me feel very welcome. At that moment, the person in charge couldn't see me. Reception took my name and phone number, and I was immediately able to contact and meet with the Social Worker. I explained the situation, and from that moment on, everything was easy. Bringing my 95-year-old mother from Malaga was difficult. It was February. The trip had to be done in a single day. So, my daughter and I managed to make the trip by car in 10 hours. We had to arrive before 8:30 p.m. so they could check her in, give her dinner in her room, and put her to bed. Everything went well because everything and everyone was prepared. At all times, my mother, family, and friends who visited felt very welcome. It's a place that strives to resemble a 5-star hotel and achieves this with many details in the facilities and excellent service from the staff. Reception, maintenance, assistants, nurses, doctor, team leaders, administration, social worker, and management. Thank you all. It's a clear example of a company that knows that people come first. I visited this residence the other day. I've visited a few in the area, and this is undoubtedly the best by far. It's very bright with natural light, very clean, has a great atmosphere, and the service is excellent. It also has two large terraces with a garden area. I felt very comfortable there, and the person who checked me in was lovely.
