Residencial Augusta Park recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas destacando sus excelentes instalaciones, ubicación céntrica, servicio personalizado, actividades variadas y especialmente su equipo médico y de fisioterapia de calidad. Sin embargo, algunos residentes han reportado inconsistencias en la atención del personal, particularmente problemas puntuales con ciertos miembros del equipo administrativo que han mostrado falta de empatía en situaciones específicas. En general, la residencia es altamente recomendada por la mayoría de sus usuarios, aunque la experiencia puede variar dependiendo de la interacción con determinado personal.

I stayed for a month at the Augusta Park Residence. My experience was magnificent, both for the food and the good relationships I had with the other residents. The room is very nice with a great view of Tibidabo. During the month I had to stay for my knee rehabilitation, the medical team, and especially the physiotherapists, treated me wonderfully, and I'm going home feeling very well.

Very good place, with great amenities and good views. The only negative point I see is that once we brought the dog (small size), and although it was neither the first time nor the only dog, the receptionist treated us quite unpleasantly simply because she had a cold.

I've been here at the Augusta Park residence since July 6th. In my opinion, it's one of the best residences in Barcelona for several reasons. First, it's very central and quiet. The facilities are superb. The service is very personalized. The staff is competent, polite, and caring. The physiotherapy services are excellent and are offered both morning and afternoon. There's an indoor swimming pool. Many cultural activities are organized, such as movies and concerts, and on Fridays there's a disco and karaoke. The food is very good, and the menu can be changed the day before.

It seems to be a very pleasant place for seniors, very centrally located. I've been here since May 2021, and I'm delighted with the service, the amenities, the fellow residents, the activities, the gym, and the medical and nursing care. I couldn't have chosen a better place!
