My grandmother died in this residence a week ago. To this day, we have not received a single call from either the director or the social worker to offer our condolences. This total lack of humanity makes it clear to us that, for them, this is nothing more than a business.

My grandmother stayed for two years and won't be returning. She developed a urinary tract infection from wearing diapers longer than usual and ended up hospitalized. They said that according to the contract, they were supposed to change two diapers during the day and one at night, but my grandmother's diaper was only changed twice a day. The nursing home kept the "extra" diapers, even though they were prescribed specifically for her. Clothes disappeared and weren't found in the lost and found at the laundry. The rooms are always open, and anyone can enter, as things were going missing, and once she found her wardrobe ransacked. Visiting hours are two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. The location is good, being close to the beach and a Mercadona supermarket. The rooms have two beds, a TV, two wardrobes, and two armchairs. There is only one bathroom per floor, which is shared by all the residents on that floor. (Each floor has approximately six double rooms.) It cost €50,000 for two years. ...... November 27, 2025 After reading that they COMPLETELY deny what I'm explaining, it only reinforces my belief that they are disloyal and incompetent. Whether or not it's on their profile doesn't change the truth, as those things are private. To the right of the entrance is the dining room where they watch TV and eat. To the left is the elevator, downstairs is the laundry room, and on the second floor is the floor for elderly residents who don't require assistance. There's an entertainment room and armchairs for receiving visitors, as well as a vending machine for coffee, Coca-Cola, water, etc. The caregivers' dining room is also in that same room. On the fourth floor are the seriously ill residents who need special care. At Christmas, they give a towel-type gift set and a card, and on birthdays, they also give a small gift. There are physiotherapy, psychology, and medical services. Is that a lie too? They offer mandala-type notebooks for them to color and be productive. Is that a lie too? Why would I lie? What would I gain? If my grandmother had been well cared for, she would have spoken well of it. Obviously. What I can't tolerate is being told it's a lie when it's true, and that they're playing with people's trust. If things are done properly, there's nothing to complain about. Things don't just happen out of nowhere. I'm not listed in the registry because I'm not the one paying; I'm her granddaughter, and Google doesn't exactly associate with registries. My grandmother is no longer with us.

A nursing home and a team that inspire confidence. Very good patient care. When my wife wasn't eligible for admission, the social worker, Mrs. Mireia Rom, treated me perfectly twice, dedicating the necessary time. That's why I didn't hesitate when the time came. Very good facilities. All the caregivers and staff are very kind; they always listen, and you feel like you're not in the way. The service they provide is very good. Now with my wife at this center, I feel much more at ease. I must add that the nursing service is very competent.

We are seeing that nothing they say in this center is fulfilled. Users eat processed, packaged and pre-cooked food and nothing natural. They do not deserve this nor are they seen as going hungry. Very few staff, we believe that they are well below what is necessary and regulated. This residence must be denounced for doing good to those people who leave their savings so that some can become rich at the expense of terrible treatment to its users who they deceive, especially in food
