For four years, our mother was a resident at this wonderful care home. We have nothing but words of gratitude for the professionalism of the entire team, from the medical staff and caregivers to the administrative staff and so many others who work behind the scenes. We can confidently say that she felt right at home, and we received the same warm welcome until the very end, just as we had from the first day. A 10-star residence. It's a shame it only got 5 stars! Because they deserve so many more. I follow in Spanish because it's easier for me to express myself in this language, which is my native language. My mother has only been in this residence for a short time because her illness has progressed much more quickly than expected, but I want to sincerely thank you for the unbeatable treatment you have always provided. From the first day, I have witnessed the professionalism and care of Ferran, its director, and the warmth of everyone who works at the center. From the nursing team: Anie, Angelina, Luz, to the doctors, and Marta, the receptionist, always with a smile on her face, to finally talking about the best geriatric nurses on the second floor: Loli, Midiam, Daniela, Diana, Daniel, etc. I wouldn't like to forget anyone, but I'm sure I will... Their care and attention are not only high quality, but also filled with love and respect. Seeing how they treated my mother with such dedication has given me immense peace of mind. Personally, I am deeply grateful to the entire staff for the effort they put in every day. They and they have made the residence a true home for my mother and for us: the family. And professionally, I can also speak for their management, which has been efficient and agile at all times. I can't speak for the families of the other residents, but I can describe what I have seen throughout this month. Mi madre va a hacer un año que está en la residencia y estoy muy contenta con los cuidados que le están proporcionando. Actividades con fisios, terapeuta, psicóloga, atención medica y enfermería, alimentacion, auxiliares. Estuvo mucho tiempo que no quería hacer nada: no quería comer ni levantarse de la cama y desde que entró en la residencia, parece otra persona. Animada, ha recuperado el apetito.
