    Excellent nursing home. There's been a change, but the new team—Flavia, Cristian, Estela, and Mari Carmen—I couldn't be happier... so much so that my mom died on Monday, September 29th, and today, Monday the 6th, I'm here... to visit you, the residents, and the team. In the end, I feel the love and gratitude for caring for my mom until her last breath. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and see you soon... because I'll keep coming back. Rosa Tomas.     My grandmother has been at the center for about two months. When we changed residence, she didn't have all her clothes despite giving advance notice. The workers are always very overwhelmed, without talking to the family or explaining how her day-to-day life is going. More than once we found the grandmother sitting poorly in her chair. It is also worth noting the inappropriate responses of some workers to the residents, such as, for example, telling a woman in a bad way that "I'm fed up with so much Catalan". Finally, it is worth noting that the visiting hours are very limited, which does not happen in public or subsidized residences.

    Poor management by the leadership team; they often don't answer the phone when inquiring about family members, they always deflect questions, and there's a lack of clarity in what they say and do. The food continues to be unaffected.

    Excellent service and a personal touch. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always attentive to everyone's well-being. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
