La Residencia Virgen de las Nieves destaca por la calidad excepcional de su equipo de cuidadores y la gestión atenta de su dirección técnica, particularmente Macarena, quienes proporcionan atención de calidad y mantienen buena comunicación con las familias. Sin embargo, hay preocupaciones significativas respecto a la gestión administrativa y las prácticas de la propiedad, con casos reportados de cobros injustos y falta de ética en el trato con residentes en situaciones vulnerables, lo que contrasta negativamente con la calidad del cuidado directo.

My experience at the Virgen de las Nieves private residence, where my mother-in-law lived for five years, was very negative. When she had to leave for financial reasons, and they knew well in advance that she was leaving, they excused themselves by claiming she hadn't sent the required 15-day written notice. So they charged her 50% of the full monthly fee, even though she wasn't there, despite the fact that she only receives social security benefits and has no other income. This is unacceptable, especially to a 90-year-old woman in financial need.
