Our experience at this nursing home has been very negative. The people who run the center are very unprofessional, unserious, and lacking in empathy. They don't know how to address the individual needs of each resident or how to treat families with respect. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone use the services they are supposed to provide. Naturally, when faced with a negative review, they should politely justify themselves. We are well aware of our experience, and I hope my comment helps them improve so that no other residents or their families receive the treatment we received.

I can't comment on the care home's treatment and comfort. Our aunt was there for no more than a month, and I have to say that the kind words we initially received from Sandra, one of the managers, fell far short when we asked for explanations of the charges. To make matters worse, one of the times I asked her to explain what we had been charged, she left her phone on after informing me of the charges. What I heard disappointed me; according to her, "we had only been there four days and we were very demanding." A little consideration, please, and more respect for the families who make a great effort to pay over €2,000. In the end, my impression is that for many care homes, the elderly are just financial numbers.

In my opinion, the most important thing in a nursing home is that the staff who care for our seniors are kind and caring, and they are. If we add good facilities to this, it's top-notch. My congratulations!
