La Residència de 3ª edat Santa Rita presenta una situación contradictoria: mientras algunos residentes y familiares elogian el trabajo del personal específico, las actividades y la calidad de los servicios, la mayoría de las reseñas señalan problemas graves de gestión, falta de personal que afecta la calidad de atención, deficiencias en protocolos de cuidado y comunicación insuficiente con las familias, especialmente tras el cambio de dirección. Las opiniones negativas superan ampliamente las positivas, sugiriendo que aunque hay empleados dedicados, la estructura y recursos de la residencia

My mother has been there for about two years. She started out at the day center, and the work there was excellent at first, with lots of activities—cognitive, leisure, and occupational—but after moving to the residential care home and the change in management, everything has gone from bad to worse. The management is appalling and has a very negative impact on the residents. I absolutely do not recommend it.

My mother has been in this care home for almost five years, and for about a year and a half now, everything has gone from bad to worse. The lack of staff overburdens the workers and directly affects the residents, resulting in injuries, insufficient time for necessary diaper changes, residents being left unsupervised, and so on. If we could, we would move her to another facility. And there's a lack of communication with family members.
