La Residencia Colonias Extranjeras destaca por su atención humana y dedicada, con profesionales comprometidos que ofrecen buen trato y cuidados de calidad, según la mayoría de familias satisfechas. Sin embargo, presenta deficiencias importantes en comunicación (falta de respuesta a consultas) y en infraestructura de transporte, lo que ha obligado a algunos usuarios a buscar servicios externos, limitando así la experiencia global de la residencia.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at the residence for the excellent treatment and dedication they have shown at all times. The care, attention and affection with which they have attended to Encarna, my mother, until the end of her days have been exceptional. It is comforting to know that she was surrounded by such human and committed professionals. Thank you for all the respect, patience and human quality that you have shown day by day. Mi padre ha estado un año en plaza privada de centro de día. Siempre lo han atendido muy bien y hacen muchas actividades. Deberian mejorar el tema del transporte, tener un vehículo adapatado con rampa elevable, porque las escaleras son de quita y pon al igual q la rampa y el chófer se hizo daño al bajar a mi padre que se resistia a salir del furgón todos los dias. En nuestro caso tuvimos que buscar un transporte externo a ellos para que pudiese seguir acudiendo. Las instalaciones son amplias y limpias. Agradecida a todo el equipo que cuidó a mi padre, tema trasnporte deberian mejorar el vehículo, pero aún así muchas gracias a todos por el trato humano.

I'd received very good recommendations about this place. I visited this nursing home in October 2024 looking for a private place for my mother. During the visit I conducted with Esther, they told me they couldn't give me dates because "the forecast could change." To this day, I'm still waiting for an answer, even if it's just a NO. Possibly, when I mentioned my mother's diagnosis of cognitive impairment, it didn't add up.
