Las opiniones positivas sugieren que la residencia funciona bien para estancias temporales y casos menos complejos, pero presenta limitaciones importantes para atender a residentes con necesidades de cuidados intensivos

In reference to being able to write reviews, I have to comment that you don't have to have a relative to be able to write a review!!!!! You can have a neighbor, friend, acquaintance. And I have to say that I went to speak with the Central, through the video, which is on social networks. And they confirmed to me that they had had this problem. And that it had already been solved. I hope so!!!!!!. However, I think that if we look at the percentage of the functioning of their residences, many would suspend. In general, there are many shortcomings in our Catalan residences. Something that should be tried to be solved in the short term!!!! Since this generation has brought our country up, and, is, what they deserve. What I don't understand is how they got to such an extreme situation!!!! I guess they wouldn't want these events to happen to any of their relatives. So, put all the necessary means so that totally dependent people (100%) have, at their disposal, the treatments, services, etc.... that they deserve. Since, for the person, who is not dependent, normally, it is difficult, for these facts to happen to them. I put, one star, so that it continues to work, and it can be improved, in all aspects. (more workers, better personalized attention, more, qualified personnel, more infrastructures, more cleaning, etc......) And if not, report all this, since it is a right, that we all have. The right, to be treated with dignity. I do not recommend this residence for people, who have a dependency of 100%. The treatment received by the management, was not the right one. You say, that they have allowed you to accompany and care for Mrs. until the end and that her memory will remain with you forever!!!! It seems like the end of the movie..................except that it's not like that. If you have a person who is 100% dependent, blind, unable to walk, don't bring them to this Residence. Since having a person lying down all day, lying down, immobilized, alone, etc... is not the service you want. If someone dies on the first or second day of the month, you pay for the entire month.............I think it's abusive. And if they need a device to improve their health, you don't have any and you make the families buy it. You are not prepared to have in your Residence, Residents with these pathologies.

We are very happy with the residence, as my mother is much more alert despite her illness. She is very well cared for, everything is clean, and the staff are excellent.

I am doing a temporary stay to recover from a fall and it has been the best decision, the treatment is very good, the staff is lovely, the place is great. The experience has been very good and I am recovering wonderfully.
