Residència Parc Central recibe evaluaciones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian la dedicación y profesionalismo del equipo de cuidadores y su trato humanitario, otros críticos señalan problemas graves como insuficiencia de personal, falta de espacio para el número de residentes y episodios preocupantes de emergencias médicas. La falta de transparencia en información sobre las instalaciones y las acusaciones de gestión problemática generan dudas sobre la calidad general del servicio.

The assistants who care for the residents do their best; they're overwhelmed and lack the skills and eyes to provide quality care. I think they should invest more in resources or have fewer residents. I don't have good memories and I saw that there wasn't enough space for the number of people they cared for. In the short time my relative was there, he ended up in the emergency room several times. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend the nursing home.

Como residencia pequeña tiene sus limitaciones pero en nuestro caso, lo suplieron todo con el cariño y la profesionalidad de todas las mujeres que trabajan alli, auxiares, fisio, psicologa, doctora, directora. Nunca olvidaré como acompañaron no sólo a mi padre, sino también a nosotros en el duro camino hasta su despedida.

This nursing home is appalling; there aren't enough staff members. Furthermore, half the reviews are fake because D mira is the owner! She keeps the caregivers in a state of constant fear and intimidation.
