La Residencia Paral-le 63 recibe en general valoraciones muy positivas destacando la calidad de la atención, el profesionalismo del personal y el trato cálido y humanitario hacia los residentes y sus familias. There is a lack of staff in the dependents' plants and they don't change diapers often enough. My mother died of a urine infection.

A positive experience at the day center: the staff is friendly, caring, and empathetic. We had a few issues, and they handled them well as a company, always trying to help us and find personalized solutions. We would like to especially thank Loren for her interest and excellent work.
