Hello, good morning! It's a small, cozy nursing home. I had my uncle there for a month and a half, until he passed away. It was a wonderful few days. The caregivers are very nice, pleasant, and friendly. They're very attentive to the elderly and concerned about them, both the women who care for them and the nurse and the director. They treated my uncle very well. I have to be very grateful to the entire team for the work they did with him. And if anyone asks me about a nursing home, I'll definitely recommend it. Thank you all very much.

This care home is a disgrace. They perforated my aunt's rectum while administering an enema. When she complained, they reprimanded her and didn't even take her to the emergency room. We took her out of the care home; she was there for a month... she left with near-fatal sepsis and had to have emergency surgery, including a colostomy... they claimed it was just a hemorrhoid. The staff are incompetent and rude, and they verbally abuse the residents.

Everything was great. We were looking for a quiet home because our father can't stay in homes with a lot of noise and activity. We loved the quiet home and the close, family-oriented care.

It's not a luxurious residence, but ultimately, what matters most is the staff who interact with the residents, and my experience has been wonderful. The caregivers, who live with them, are incredibly compassionate. They were especially kind to my father. He was always clean, no matter the time of day. Since he ate very little, they always made sure to give him his favorite foods. They always had a kind word or gesture. They would talk to those who were more isolated. In short, I only have words of gratitude for them, especially Tania and Marcela, who helped us so much from the moment he arrived until the very end. I also want to thank Mariela, Candy, Albert, and Jorge.

It's a very welcoming, clean, and family-like residence. Because it's small, everyone knows each other, so there's a more personal touch for everyone. Plus, the caregivers are very caring and have been there for many years.
