Our experience at the center has been entirely satisfactory. The team has always been professional, friendly, and respectful towards the residents and their families. At all times, our relative's clothing and belongings were handled with care and respect, and the staff took care to organize and label everything correctly, avoiding any confusion. The daily care, meals, medical follow-up, and dedication of the team were consistent, and we always felt that our relative was well cared for and looked after. Furthermore, communication with families is fluid and transparent: any questions or concerns are resolved quickly, and the staff's warm and friendly approach inspires a great deal of confidence. We felt reassured and supported, and we greatly value the center's commitment and professionalism.

A very bad experience, really. A nursing home that advertises itself as such and also has 4 stars on its logo. They should remove them all. Lack of organization, lack of staff, both nursing and nursing assistants. Disabled grandparents end up getting sores because their diapers aren't changed as often as they need... in short, a disaster. Any questions you ask about why the person is bedridden, they never know and say they don't have staff. But they do charge, and on time. Of course, paid services like hairdressing, podiatry, and electrocardiograms, they do call for those, or when they see you, they ask if you want them to do this or that. Sometimes, at 11:30 in the morning, the elderly person hasn't even had breakfast because they don't have the time or staff to feed a person unable to eat on their own due to a stroke that paralyzed their right side. In short, very bad. I don't recommend it.
