La Residència Mont Blanc presenta una situación mixta con aspectos positivos en seguridad y atención, pero con preocupaciones importantes respecto a la dotación de personal, las comodidades de las habitaciones y la gestión de servicios. Mientras algunos residentes destacan la buena seguridad y localización céntrica, otros critican duramente la falta de mobiliario adaptado, horarios restrictivos y el cobro de servicios adicionales, lo que sugiere inconsistencia en la calidad de atención y necesidad de mejoras operacionales.

It is a disgrace that this residence does not have adapted armchairs in the rooms so that the elderly can rest in the afternoon, that they have reduced the meal times and that, only after 11 in the morning can the air conditioning be turned on, they charge for all services, showers, podiatry, whether or not the residents agree with it, and taking into account that it is the interns who do the work, the assistants cannot handle more tasks assigned to more than those indicated in their contract, it is a disgrace that the poor elderly residents have to wait until the board of directors decides whether or not to provide them with adapted armchairs for their rest in the afternoon, please, more humane treatment for those who pay a lot of money.
