The facilities are fine if they're just for showing off to family members. Many rooms are missing curtains, and there's dampness in the bathrooms. The kitchen has had to be closed several times due to unsanitary conditions. And the staff shortage is appalling. One caregiver for 25 elderly residents. It's an outrage, and when you complain, they ignore you. There's no coordination among the different teams. The food doesn't match the samples they show. The pureed food often consists of just mashed potatoes and lacks consistency. The dishwasher in the kitchen doesn't work properly. To make matters worse, the person in charge of transportation is often maintenance staff who lack healthcare training. The entire residence is a disgrace. They don't hire staff when there are absences and they ask employees to work unpaid overtime, which is very difficult to get back in. I would ask that family members not be fooled by the attractive facilities and look out for their loved ones. There are many residences where the elderly are treated well.

Simply wonderful, from reception and administration to nursing, doctors, and social services—everything is thoroughly explained. Importantly, they organize events for guests, and there are spacious gardens perfect for strolling in the nice weather. The area is beautiful. Highly recommended!

I can't comment much on the residence because I live in the "serviced" apartments, which don't exist. I once consulted the residence's doctor because I had a plug in my ear. The unkind doctor's advice: You have to consult your doctor, and she did nothing. Lack of desire to work for 5 minutes? In the "serviced" apartments, we have two adjoining apartments. The common areas are fine with tasteful furnishings, but everything is a bit dirty. In the entrance, there's a rug that's never been vacuumed—stained and dirty. Services don't exist. The advertisement says: "initial medical examination and biannual checkup": to this day, after almost three months, we haven't seen a doctor. "Shuttle service to Barcelona several times a week": in reality, no service exists. The restaurant is terrible. You have to order an outside service to deliver your food to your home because the restaurant's kitchen is inedible. The staff changes constantly—apart from the very friendly and competent reception staff. The cleaning service is too expensive and has no relationship between price and service. It's better to call an exterior cleaner. For three months now, we've been arguing about the terrace floor, where Orpea installed super-cheap tiles that can't be cleaned. Experts arrive and agree, but nothing happens afterward. There's a lot of talk, but no concrete work is done. The exterior windows can't be cleaned either, and it would be necessary to call a professional company that uses tall ladders to clean these windows at least every six months. Pay attention to the conditions and prices. It's important to understand that the prices exclude VAT. For example, a parking space in a garage that looks like a warehouse is offered for 65 euros, but the final price is 78.65 euros. The same applies to the storage room and all the prices. We are disappointed, although the apartments and the residence—at first glance—look very good. Dietmar Krutt

The place is very nice. The food, according to the guests themselves and what I've seen on occasion, is extremely bad. Small portions, poorly prepared, and the service was poor and rude. I saw people grab the only churro they served for a snack with their hands. They're old people... It's undignified.

What they're advertising is far from reality. Of course! It's an "affordable residence" for 3700 a month with no extras.
