Terrible management; they don't care about anything and always prefer the easy way out. It's obvious they're in over their heads to run the care home. The staff are clearly stressed. They leave the elderly residents unattended in the dining room all day without moving, and if they hear them cry out, they ignore them. Sometimes a resident has even wandered off, and they didn't realize until a family member found them and brought them back! They leave them out for so long that they soil their clothes with their own urine more than usual. The food isn't bad; the worst thing about the care home is the mismanagement by the administration.

My uncle stayed at the Miller Park Residence. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. The staff (not all of them) treated me poorly. The hygiene I received from my uncle was terrible and neglected, and the food left much to be desired. I'm concerned that other family members may suffer the same fate. I do not recommend this residence unless significant changes are made in the care and treatment of residents. REGARDING MANAGEMENT Despite our repeated complaints, we saw no changes in the care and treatment of residents. There was a lack of interest in listening to and addressing our concerns. I am concerned that the residence is unwilling to improve and that residents will continue to suffer the consequences. REGARDING YOU, Mr. Lucas, I have never had the pleasure of speaking with you. I have always spoken with Toni. The only thing she told me was, if you want, we can put him in the other building... and my response was, the same dog with a different collar. Mr. Lucas, if you wish, I'll publish the medical report. My uncle was in a degenerative state. And if you wish, I'll publish it so you don't tell me I've written an unfair review. Sincerely, Carmen

A magnificent residence, the human treatment is magnificent, from management, nursing, assistants, cleaners, cooks, laundry workers, in short everyone. We felt accompanied at all times and very well informed, the cleanliness was impeccable and the food was very good, sometimes the smell made me want to stay for lunch. A very big hug to everyone in the family of José Hernández Valenzuela.

I can only say good things about this place, which, for me, will always be dear to me. My mother entered the private part in October 2023. She was there for 1 year and three months and you made her very, very happy. The absolute dedication of the staff - the low staff turnover already gives an idea that they are happy working there (I won't give names so as not to leave any), makes this space exude familiarity and comfort for the people who are there. Nursing service from 6:30 in the morning to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and nurse on duty on weekends. Bingo, domino afternoons, activities preparing the chestnut cake, carnival, shepherds' games or any other, kept my mother active like we hadn't seen in a long time. Balanced, diverse and abundant food. And there were no shortage of details like melted chocolate and croissants on Sundays, which she loved! My mother considered her home her sanctuary. Thank you very much for giving life and love to my mother. I will always carry you in my heart. Daughter of Maria Jesus Garcia Callejo

Our experience has been a pity, I don't understand how God gives bread for those who have no teeth. My mother entered at the beginning of May 2023, she entered through the private part, paying much more than agreed and every month €200 in extras, deodorant (which we have never seen), Meritene (which she needed due to the super quality of the food they served), and a long list of nonsense all with 10% VAT. And I say she entered through the private part and they housed her in the social services part, since at that time there was a lady who needed privacy to make the transfer... after a few weeks we claimed her room in the private part and two men came in at once (what a coincidence), around August we claimed her room in the private part, they were already billing us well and the response from the management was that our mother was not meant to be in the private building due to her condition and attitudes, and that the residents staying there would do her the eight... in short to pay yes, to pay invented bills if my mother is worth it, now to receive the care she needs, that's why no... when it comes time to leave as we go month by month they give us back what they have believed, billing for things from other inmates. There, day by day, all the grandparents are watching the hours go by without any encouragement. And if we took my mother with a nose ulcer, I suppose it must be because of the way you looked after her. As for the caregivers, nothing to say, poor things, marathon days and a lot of love for the inmates, good luck to them and thank them for the work and love they have had for my mother, hairdresser, physiotherapist and caregivers in general Thank you girls, good job.
