La Residència Mare Nostrum recibe mayoritariamente evaluaciones excelentes, con usuarios elogiando ampliamente el trato humano, profesional y dedicado del personal, así como la atmósfera familiar y la calidad de los servicios (médico, enfermeras, fisioterapia, psicología). Sin embargo, existe una crítica negativa aislada relacionada con problemas de gestión y manejo médico que llevó a una familia a trasladar a su familiar a otra residencia, lo que sugiere que aunque la experiencia general es muy positiva, hay aspectos puntuales de funcionamiento interno que podrían mejorarse

I'm grateful for the humane and professional treatment my mother received. The entire staff demonstrates patience, caring, and dedication to every detail; they're wonderful! My mother felt very loved, and that's priceless. I recommend this nursing home without hesitation.

My mother has been in this wonderful nursing home for almost three years. The patients are treated well, as are the families. They are very involved in their work. I want to thank the cook, the assistants, the secretary... they have always made me feel like my mother was in the best hands, and they have demonstrated this until the very end. Excellent care home with a family atmosphere. Very professional and friendly staff. I was impressed by their excellent management during the pandemic, where they strictly adhered to COVID-19 safety measures. The team at this large care home is outstanding (in-house doctor, nurses, physiotherapist, psychologist, etc.). Highly recommended.

What a shame the management, Mrs. AMTEL, is so awful and arrogant. We moved my mother-in-law to another residence, and we're delighted with the overall treatment. Incidentally, they removed her urinary catheter because it wasn't needed. I don't recommend this residence at all.
