It's sadly cruel: if the family requests it, they isolate the resident against their will. They even threaten visitors with calling the police, while the resident cries and begs them not to leave. "There is a human rights law! And the nursing home must comply with it and ask the family for a medical certificate advising against visitors, thus avoiding complicity. BUT!! MONEY TALKS."

Our experience was perfect! Both with my grandmother and, years later, with my grandfather. It's not a nursing home, it's a home. The treatment of grandparents is unbeatable. They adapt perfectly to each individual's specific needs, always with a smile and joy. I recommend it 100%. The treatment is humane and empathetic. The residence offers personalized care to its residents, providing special touches on holidays, a variety of fun activities, and adapted exercise programs. They have dedicated professionals who attend to each resident's individual needs, offering rehabilitation programs, a hairdressing service, and much more. Residents can choose between single and double rooms to suit their preferences. Plus, they have their own kitchen, so the food is homemade and delicious! I highly recommend it. Detestable. The owner thinks he deserves to be revered and has a spineless director to bail him out because he couldn't even handle a ant. It's all utterly deplorable.
