Excellent management. My grandmother is very happy at this residence. They treat her very well and care for her with great patience and affection. My parents feel very reassured because my grandmother is very well cared for and has wonderful things to say.

It's a shame, the last place I'd ever take a loved one. I don't know how we put up with it for so long; the lack of hygiene and care was nonexistent. If the staff had a trial period, maybe a couple would pass, and even then, they'd get a bad grade. I doubt they all have even the most basic geriatric training.

I'm giving it two stars because the place itself is fine, but what I didn't like was the condition they imposed on me. They wanted me to become self-employed. If we subtract what I'd already paid from the €1,200, how much would I be left with? They really know how to take advantage.

. Awful place... I don't recommend it, and the night workers are the worst of the worst... they sleep instead of watching the grandparents... they always complain if they're not allowed to sleep... what a disgraceful place.
