We admitted my mother to this nursing home expecting good care, but the reality was very different. The hygiene was inadequate, and the food, in addition to being limited in variety, was of poor quality. The staff was scarce and did their best. The management and staff showed no closeness or the empathy that family members needed. Too many absurd rules that created mistrust. It was a painful experience, and I would not recommend this place to any family seeking well-being and dignity for their elders.

Our experience with the La Maresma residence was very positive. The staff was well appreciated by both the mother, who lived there, and by us. They have their own kitchen and a spectacular terrace and garden area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable It should be remembered that a residence should not be a place to park the grandparents and forget about yourself. You have to be present as much as you can for the good of all.

The facilities are in a privileged setting. But the staff is unprofessional and lacks empathy for people. We thought it was a place where my in-laws would feel safe. The food is inedible, and the management is only on paper. They don't respond critically, and they have a total lack of respect for human life. I do not recommend it.

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who works at this center, especially to the assistant Josep. My brother Enrique Alcayna couldn't have been in a better residence. I will be eternally grateful. Thank you so much for treating him with such love until his last breath. ❤️
