La Residència Inglada Via presenta opiniones polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan la excelente calidad de atención, la limpieza impecable y el trato cálido del personal hacia residentes y familias, otros reportan experiencias muy negativas incluyendo trato humillante del personal, falta de protocolos sanitarios adecuados y prácticas fraudulentas que generaron denuncias formales. Esta disparidad en las evaluaciones sugiere inconsistencias importantes en la calidad del servicio y la gestión de la residencia que merecerían ser investigadas a fondo.

I am a relative of a resident of the Inglada Via Residence and I have to say that unfortunately I have visited several residences but none like this one, it is the best in difference with everything: treatment, cleaning, order right now that these are very family holidays they take into account when inviting families to spend a good time with them and make them part of the Christmas party. Terrible residence, I would advise anyone not to go there. The treatment of the residence staff (even the director) is humiliating, undignified and reportable in relation to the interns who are undergoing practical training and should not put up with certain negative behaviors.

I couldn't even finish my internship. Degrading treatment of users and fraudulent practices from management to staff. A scabies outbreak occurred without any conscious protocol and without notifying family members until I left. I filed a report and filed a complaint. Obviously, I was infected. Not everything is fair game!
