Masdeu Hogar recibe mayoritariamente valoraciones muy positivas destacando la profesionalidad, organización y calidez del equipo multidisciplinario, así como la atención personalizada y el amplio programa de actividades que mejoran la calidad de vida de los residentes. I have had the opportunity to visit the center and the assessment is very positive. I would like to highlight the great organization of the work team, with efficient and professional coordination that guarantees the good functioning of the center. The staff is very human and friendly, showing a real concern for the physical and emotional well-being of the residents. In addition, the center works following the principles of person-centered therapy, offering respectful, individualized care adapted to the needs of each resident.

My experience at this care home has been very disappointing. In my opinion, the management team's handling of the situation is deficient. This affects the staff, the quality of service, and ultimately, the residents, who are the ones who most deserve stability and good care. I hope the management team will engage in genuine self-reflection and focus on improving the working conditions of their staff, because that is what truly guarantees a dignified service.

My mother has been at Masdeu Hogar for three years and is happy with the care and attention she receives. Before deciding where to place her, I visited many nursing homes, and this was undoubtedly the best choice. There are motivated staff members who do their jobs with care and respect for the residents. For example, the neuropsychologist is a gift to them, as is the sociocultural facilitator, the maintenance manager, and the cooks (the food is amazing, especially when they have barbecues at parties!!). And the assistants, who care with respect and some offer that extra bit of fun and good vibes that suits them (and us) so well. The management is very approachable and professional, and very involved. Masdeu Hogar hosts many parties and outings, trying to ensure a good quality of life for the people who live there. We families are always welcomed. And the garden is a special spot, large, well-maintained, with a small vegetable garden and large trees. Thank you for your work!

I want to express my gratitude to the Masdeu Hogar Geriatric Center for allowing me to complete my administrative assistant internship under the guidance of the center's director, Judit Badenes. I am especially grateful to her for her patience, always willing to answer my questions and guide me in the daily tasks of document management. Thanks to her and her entire team, I felt very comfortable, supported, and safe. During the internship, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the center's operations. It was a very welcoming environment, and the residents received excellent care. I observed how the staff interacted with them in a kind and respectful manner, which created a very positive atmosphere. It was an enriching experience that allowed me to understand the importance of personalized attention in the care of older adults. Thank you so much for everything!

Good. The truth is that I have never gotten to know any residence from the inside, except for Masdeu. In the time I have been there, I have been able to learn many things and also appreciate the good treatment, hygiene and care dedicated to the residents. Always taking into account the particularity of each one of them. On the other hand, I have seen how they are provided with quite varied care. Such as physiotherapy sessions, psychomotor activities, nursing service and also emotional support. Other activities more related to leisure are also encouraged, such as board games. Or more cultural, such as cinema or music, for example. Therefore, from my point of view, I consider that it is a good place to welcome those relatives who need more supervised care.
