Dr. Ollé is the worst doctor I've ever seen. She was completely inattentive to her patients, arrogant, and literally laughed in your face. A zero as a person and as a doctor. Basically, I don't know who she was even working for because she spent all day in her office and at most, she'd come in to take blood pressure readings. And if you asked for more attention, she'd say it was out of frustration. I'm so sorry to all the patients who have to see her. Sending you lots of encouragement.

Hi! My dad was here for a week for rehabilitation. He came in with me in the afternoon, and that day I worked the night shift. The next day, when I got off work, I went to the clinic and asked him, "Dad, what do you think about going home?" He said, "I'm going to come out of here worse." What I really want to say is that the state of the rooms and everything else on the floor he was in is appalling. It's so, so old, it's awful, excuse my language. It's such a shame to grow old and have to go through that center in this day and age. They really need to do something about it and get the place in decent condition. I hope someone can intervene and tell the owner a few words! I'd call him a scoundrel! How can you let the center run like that? I hope you experience this firsthand. Life has a way of putting everyone in their place, and I hope it puts you in yours. 🤗

The worst! My mother has dementia. She went into this awful clinic to recover from leg surgery. Without notifying the family, they stopped her dementia medication. As a result, my mother's condition worsened dramatically. The doctor's response was, "Don't give her the medication because she doesn't need it anymore." Without informing her children, they think they have the right to do whatever they want.

We are writing to you to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and attention that our mother received at your clinic until her last day. There are not enough words to express our gratitude, but we want you to know how grateful we are for everything you have done for her and for us. First of all, we would like to deeply thank the two doctors (Rincón and Balaguer) for their empathy, dedication and professionalism. The way they cared for her, treating her not only as a patient, but also with a human and close approach, gave us great peace of mind. They were always by her side, listening to her, offering her the best possible treatment, and they did so with a warmth that we will never forget. We also want to highlight the extraordinary treatment of all the staff at the clinic. From the nurses to the administrators, everyone showed admirable dedication and affection that made our mother feel accompanied and loved at all times. This was fundamental for us as a family, knowing that she was surrounded by people who treated her with such respect, care and affection. Food, too, was an important aspect of her well-being. Our mother let us know how much she liked the food, both for the quality and for the love with which it was prepared. This detail not only reflects the good work you do, but also the commitment to making each patient feel better in every way. For all this, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for our mother. Your work was a source of great comfort for us during this very difficult time. Knowing that she was in the hands of such humane and dedicated professionals gave us great peace and tranquility. Once again, our most sincere gratitude to all the staff at the clinic, the doctors, the entire team and especially the management.
