My mother was here for 10 days, and we didn't like the conditions at all. There's a shortage of staff. At nap time, the dependents aren't put to bed; they're left in their wheelchairs, and if they fall asleep, they either fall asleep there or on the table. They're not careful about which wheelchair they put them in, whether it's their own or not, and they don't usually put the pressure-bedsore cushion on them, so on top of keeping them in the wheelchair all day, they don't keep them in good condition. And on top of that, after my mother died, they called me 10 days later to ask if I was still interested in the position. And a month later, they called me from their clinic about a test I needed to have.

They have treated my mother very well, the treatment is very good, the food is homemade and very well cooked, I have no complaints about this residence, I thank Mari Carmen (the director) and all the girls who work there.
