A small care home (about 18 residents). Very welcoming and friendly. Everyone knew my father, Jose—the nurses, staff, physiotherapist, cook, everyone. They provided excellent care, making him feel looked after and, above all, supported during his stay. The staff also treated family members very well. We are very grateful.

The decision to send my mother to a nursing home wasn't easy, but we ultimately decided to leave her in the care of Residencia Balancí, and I don't regret it. They offer different activities throughout the day, the menus are excellent, and most importantly, the atmosphere is very warm and family-like. I'm very happy with the treatment I received.

It's a very beautiful and spacious place where grandparents interact with each other and engage in fun activities to entertain them! I think the organization is great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms; the natural lighting is also beneficial! I highly recommend it again. My father is from Peru, and he feels at home here. 😍 I'm very grateful.
