My grandfather has been a resident for two years, and it's the best decision we could have made. Ultimately, what you're looking for is quality, personalized care, and they provide it here. The staff is incredibly dedicated, and their compassionate care is unbeatable. As the residence's motto states: they are here to serve, with great professionalism and diligence. My grandmother and a great-aunt have been admitted here at different times, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the warm and compassionate care they received. They adore the elderly and treat them with affection; moreover, the place is pleasant and right on the seafront.

We went in September 2022 to get information for my mother, and everything was great. The staff was really friendly. Since we had several children, we took her wherever the majority decided. Well, not at all happy. After three months, we decided to change her. From the beginning, we were honest. We told them the reasons for this change. They sent us the information and the account to make the deposit, but two days later, they told us it couldn't be done. It was all problems, especially the menu. My mother is on a soft diet, and according to them, they make the same menu for all the elderly (poor). It sounded like an excuse to me, but it must be for nursing homes, and above all, serious ones. They don't say yes one day and then no the next. Laura, social worker, I'm still waiting for your call back. How unserious.

Great residence, very family-friendly, and excellent service, especially Laura. I felt very comfortable with her on the first visit. She explains everything brilliantly and is very personable. I later realized that what they explain is just what they tell you. They are honest and transparent, and the center is exactly as they show you. Ocean views, caring, medical care, and good food. 100% recommended.

BEWARE OF SCAMS! After more than a year, I've decided to write this review because I'm tired of waiting for the refund my family is owed from this center, and also to document and denounce the mismanagement of its manager. She repeatedly told us she would refund the €300, and to this day, I repeat, we are still waiting. This doesn't even take into account the times I've gone to the center, the calls I've made to remind her of the debt, and the false promises she's made about collecting it. UTTER SHAME!!
