Our experience at the Residence has been outstanding. The care our mother received during her stay was always excellent, both from the care staff and the medical team. We are grateful for the constant attention shown by the management, especially Elia, who, with her kindness and professionalism, was a great support to the whole family, particularly during the most difficult times. Unprofessional nursing home. In my opinion, they haven't treated my mother well (what a sick person needs and deserves). Unprofessional medical service. You have no freedom whatsoever; that doesn't inspire any trust. There's a general coldness. Honestly, they haven't been transparent to me.
