My father spent two years at the Torrassa residence and my mother four. And now, as the time comes to say goodbye to my mother, I can only express my gratitude. They were wonderful to my mother, who remained lucid throughout her stay, and they also took care of us, her children, so that we could face her passing in the best possible way. The affection my mother showed them these last few days and the way she said goodbye is the most compelling proof of how well they cared for her.

I want to thank the day center for the love and care they give my mother. She always comes home very happy and feels very comfortable with everyone. In particular, thank you to Elisabeth for her dedication, warmth, and the incredibly kind treatment she gives her. It's such a relief and a comfort to know she's in such good hands. Thank you so much.

We are very happy with the service we received. My husband has been very well looked after, always with great support in every situation and need. We are delighted with the treatment from all the staff, from management to everyone who works there. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

It took me over a year to write this review. We had to admit my aunt to this nursing home with fairly advanced Alzheimer's disease. It seemed like a good option since it was very close to us, and we wanted to visit her. We booked a room for her alone (it's not the same rate) since she had lived alone all her life and didn't like sharing her things. Unfortunately, we admitted her in 2021, with several severe bouts of COVID, and they didn't allow us to go up to her room while she was admitted due to regulations. We could only see her at the reception desk at a table, or take her for walks depending on the severity of the infection, more or less frequently. Three months later, her condition worsened, and they told us to go see her because she was really ill. Our surprise was that, when we went up to see her room for the first time, we found she was sharing a room with another patient. They didn't know how to come up with many excuses, because there wasn't much to say; it was obvious they had been deceiving us with premeditation and malice aforethought. I'd say they returned our proportional share shortly after she died, but that's not it. Of course not. We were deceived, and I regret that my aunt lived the way she didn't want in her final days. She couldn't express herself either, what a shame. She was always clean and well cared for, and we can't complain about that. Finally, I was with my aunt until her final moments, and it was a sad and heartbreaking experience. It couldn't be any other way, but I'd like to add that the staff was absolutely not up to the task. Total inexperience.

Exceptional experience, staff working with a very friendly approach, both with the resident and the family, we were very happy with everything.
