La Residència Anthurium destaca por su atmósfera acogedora y personal, que se aleja del ambiente institucional típico de las residencias de mayores, con un personal excepcionalmente atento y humanitario que permite a las familias participar activamente en el cuidado de sus seres queridos. Aunque la reseña es breve en cantidad, refleja una satisfacción absoluta del usuario, quien valora especialmente la calidad humana de la atención y las instalaciones que recuerdan más a un pequeño hotel que a un centro sanitario tradicional.

Choosing a care home for my mother was difficult for me, as she never wanted to spend her final days in one of these places, something she said she'd always wanted. The time came to make the decision. I searched but couldn't find anything small, welcoming, and where my mother wouldn't be treated like just a number. I should mention that I was looking at private care homes, since after two years she still hadn't been assessed for dependency. I remembered a friend had posted several photos of a nursing home online, so I called her. The next day, I contacted the nursing home... It's the best thing I could have done for my mother. As my children said, it felt like a small hotel; it didn't feel like your typical nursing home. I was there almost every day, from morning until she went to bed. I had enough time to observe each and every member of the staff. I say this from experience; I wanted for nothing. I could even eat with her—I couldn't believe it! We only had a few days to enjoy the place... and then came the final outcome. I've never seen such human kindness in any of the staff. They were the best of the best... a perfect 10. I only have words of gratitude. I should mention that I worked in the healthcare field. Thank you so much! I'm at a loss for words to express my gratitude.
