Los residentes y familiares de "Pisos tutelados para personas mayores" expresan opiniones muy polarizadas sobre la residencia. Mientras que algunos destacan positivamente las instalaciones bien diseñadas, el personal dedicado y competente, las actividades variadas y el buen trato recibido durante años, otros denuncian graves deficiencias en cuidados básicos, falta de higiene y negligencia en la atención. Esta disparidad extrema sugiere posibles inconsistencias en la calidad de los servicios o cambios significativos en la gestión a lo largo del tiempo.

It's taken me years to write this review, but I was finally moved by the recent news that they're pioneers in incorporating therapeutic support for family members. Everything is wonderful. From our experience: The caregivers were lovely. The food was acceptable. The place was clean and bright. The activities were fantastic. The director, psychologist, and social worker were very competent. The nurse and physiotherapist were excellent. Clothing was frequently lost, but to a certain extent, it's understandable. But without going into details, I hope the doctor who was there from 2015 to 2020 is no longer there. I could say many things, but I'll just say that if you have any health concerns, take your family members directly to the hospital emergency room.

DO NOT LET YOUR RELATIVES IN THE HOME, and if you have any relatives, check them out... They don't take care of them, they treat them like animals, the staff is disgusted even with changing diapers and they don't change them, the patients have a blank stare. None of this is a lie, please be very careful, it's so sad how they treat people. You can't imagine everything you see in this center. You are cleaning the private parts of our elderly with sheets and used clothing because you don't even have sponges... I don't know how people trust you, I know bad residences but yours is one of the worst by far. Only the people who work there know what's going on.

The staff were all wonderful, thank you! We felt right at home, with the nursing staff, physiotherapist, psychologist, kitchen staff, assistants and receptionists.

My mother has been at the nursing home for five years, and both she and we are very happy. The building is very well designed; there is plenty of natural light in all the hallways, giving a feeling of spaciousness at all times. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, and each room has its own terrace. Both the common areas and the rooms are clean. I want to highlight the personal service; my mother is delighted with the people who help make her stay easier and more enjoyable: nurses, assistants, physiotherapists, and the rest of the staff at the center. She feels very loved. Naturally, no place is perfect, but from our point of view (and my mother's, which is the one that matters most to us), the positive aspects of the nursing home are the ones that predominate. We hope it can continue like this for a long time to come, and thank you for everything.
