Negligence, lack of coordination, lack of control, disorganization and lack of professionalism. My father with Alzheimer's left the center (it wasn't the first time it happened) and they didn't realize it until, after two hours, we notified them. They were unable to apologize, review protocols or give an explanation. In fact, the director tried to hold us responsible. We completely disregarded him. We have already discharged our father.

I want to thank the entire team for the care my father received during his stay at the residence and until his last day there. These last few days have been difficult, and now comes the worst part for me: the void he leaves, his absence... Very bad. My father with Alzheimer's left the day care center without anyone missing him for hours. They have not given us any explanation or taken any responsibility and the treatment we received when we asked for it has been terrible.
