As a neighbor, it's horrible to hear the residents' screams every night (some calling for help, others simply for water). In the summer, since they don't have air conditioning, they open the windows, making it impossible to sleep, and it's difficult to explain to young children what's happening every night. We've been here for years, and we've already informed the nursing home about the situation several times. I hope they can install air conditioning at some point so they can rest better, and with them, the people who live nearby.

The experience was awful. They wouldn't let relatives visit the grandmother because her son had declared her incapacitated. They went along with it despite there being signs that the grandmother was having problems with that son.

It's a small residence, but the elderly residents are well cared for. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

Mi familiar llevaba años en el centro, hace poco nos ha dejado, pero el trato siempre ha sido muy bueno. Es una residencia muy familiar y se está muy agusto. Agradecer al personal que siempre han estado atentas a mi madre, especialmente en este último periodo, tuvo muchos ingresos y la actuaciones fueron rápidas, enseguida se dieron cuenta que había que llevarla al hospital.
