Unfortunately, it's only been a few months, but I want to express my gratitude for the care, affection, and attention I received. I understand that dealing with people with Alzheimer's isn't easy, but you manage to make them feel comfortable and make it more bearable. Thank you so much for everything.

Be careful with earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings if you're taking your elderly relatives there. There are thieves. My mother's jewelry disappeared just a few days after she arrived. And to top it off, she told me she was going to report it, and then her ring disappeared. And I just found out that another woman also had her earrings stolen, and I don't know what else.

Our mother spent seven years in this nursing home. We are three daughters, and we can only express our gratitude and congratulations to the staff and management of the center. Thank you for the care, patience, and affection we have received. It's not easy to care for our elders, especially when they have dementia. Therefore, we continue to encourage you to work as hard as you do and send you encouragement to continue doing the same, even more so in these times...

This is unprofessional. I have no connection to your employees, nor do I know them. I don't want to cause you any harm, as times are tough for everyone, especially you. I went with a relative to inquire about bringing a family member in. They explained everything, and we asked for a moment to discuss it with the family and let you know. An hour later, we called to express our interest, and they told us the position was filled and offered no alternative. I believe the least you could do is call and ask if you have anyone else interested, especially since we were still waiting for your response. Therefore, I don't think this is the best way to treat someone. Regards.

It's great that you respond to the reviews!!! I have a suggestion: we could do activities to cheer up the grandparents (everyone without exception) and post them on Facebook. I've seen nursing homes that do really cool things and that way they'd be a little more in the mood, maybe throw a little party. You just need the image rights signature like at school, which can be done when we visit them... otherwise they'll die of sadness and if the relatives can see them better...
