Opiniones

My mother passed away months ago. The pain is immense in my life, but I want to express my gratitude for the compassionate treatment of the entire staff. She was immensely happy with the residents and staff at Laptus. She was always cared for and attended to, always with the utmost affection, as if she were your own mother. I congratulate you and express my infinite gratitude for the happiness she felt during this time with you. Thank you to the entire team; I will never forget what you did for my mom. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE HEART. J.Carlos.

My name is Pilar. My mother spent three months in this care home, and the experience was very negative. From the second day, she had bruises and pressure marks on her wrists, legs, thighs, and face. Every time I visited, she was worse, and when I went to see her, she didn't want to stay; she cried and was very distressed. I finally took her out for her safety and my peace of mind. We also left a €900 deposit that was supposed to be returned within 60 days, and it's been more than four months without receiving it. I've called several times, and the director doesn't answer. She doesn't even deign to speak to me. I'm sharing this so that other families are careful before choosing this center.

My experience with this residence was terrible. Although my parents were only there for 15 days, my impression was that they weren't well cared for, as practically everyone was seated and confined all day. The facilities were very run-down, the food was awful—cheap catering and powdered juice. The recruiter, Irene, was very nice, but the director was the worst of the worst. The day we left, she was hanging around and didn't even say goodbye. However, she was very smiley at reception. In 15 days, they lost 45% of my parents' clothes, and we haven't recovered them. The €1800 deposit we paid well in advance was returned late and reluctantly, despite our continuous complaints and requests for explanations to speak with the "director." She never addressed the issue. It was impossible to speak with her or file a complaint. They withheld my parents' money for 95 days without explaining why. The only positive thing was her willingness to help. They received them very quickly and without problems - paying CLEARLY.

My grandmother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, was a resident at this care home. My family and I felt very reassured knowing she was there, as we saw the care and affection with which she was treated and how well looked after she was. Many thanks to all the staff.

Personally, the residence was a 10/10. The director, Virginia, was very attentive to us from the very beginning. The social worker, Irene, handled everything very quickly and helped make everything more bearable. The staff was also a 10/10; they treat the residents with great care, as if they were their own family members. In conclusion, if we had to choose a residence again, we would choose Lantus Calella.
