La Nostra Llar II destaca por la dedicación y empatía de su personal de cuidadores, la limpieza impecable y la calidad de la comida casera, aspectos que la mayoría de residentes y familias elogian sinceramente. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones respecto a la gestión administrativa y la capacidad de respuesta ante situaciones médicas complejas, con al menos un caso donde la falta de coordinación y comunicación afectó negativamente la experiencia de una familia.

I want to thank the La Nostra Llar residence, where my mother lived until she left us a few days ago. I feel the need to express my deep gratitude for the work and support they have given us at all times. I would like to share a brief reflection on the work that these great professionals do with our families. I take with me immense memories of their dedication, their empathy and the affection with which they treat each resident. I was lucky that my mother could live here, surrounded by people who truly “care about people”. I am very grateful for the unconditional support they offered us throughout the process, until the last day, and above all for their humanity. It is a magnificent place to grow up, in the middle of nature, always clean and with homemade cooking that my mother loved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Maria, Vero, Josep, and all the professionals who make up this very special team.

First of all, my thanks to the caretakers at the center. But not to the management, because they started off very well, with enthusiasm. From three weeks to the fourth, everything changed, and they "insistently invited" us to leave the residence because they couldn't handle the situation, which I insist was the same as the first day of admission. Neither the management nor the nurse (the doctor was missing), nor the social worker, nor of course the CAP to which this residence belongs, knew how to handle a medical situation. All of this summing up. Because the worst thing after two months is that after leaving a sick person in the emergency room, they didn't have the courtesy to make a phone call to ask what happened to him. A little empathy. P.S. They were in such a hurry for us to leave that when I went to get my belongings, they put other residents' clothes in my bag, and obviously, they left some of our things behind. I'll end as I began by thanking the caretakers.
