They have total lack of control, there is no one to take responsibility. Today they sent a patient for a first otolaryngology visit which was on 08/31/2021, when I called to tell them, the nurse who is foreign got angry and hung up on me. They have to ask for the visit again and the nurse told me that it's the same as if it won't improve no matter how many visits they make.
