It took me 8 years to write this comment, but the time has come to do my grandfather some justice. He entered this residence in 2017 because he needed care that my grandmother could no longer give him at home. We chose it because of its proximity, so that my grandmother could come every day to be with my grandfather. What a big mistake we made... In order not to dwell on the daily neglect and indifference, I will get to the point: my grandfather began to be more lethargic, quiet and thin, and we did not know what was wrong with him. The whole family asked for explanations, but it was not until we thought of doing a physical examination ourselves that we saw that he had herpes zoster that covered a large part of his torso. We rushed to the hospital, where the doctors accused us of negligence for leaving him unattended, when we were paying thousands of euros to a nursing home where there are supposed to be caregivers, nurses and doctors who had seen and dressed my grandfather every day. In days, or maybe weeks, no one had cared in the slightest about him, not even when the family began to ask what could be happening. The grandfather, at 95 years old, was suffering immense pain due solely and exclusively to the incompetence of the workers at this nursing home. Shortly after, the grandfather died, weakened by everything they had put him through, and the family preferred to forget this hellish nursing home because of the pain it had already caused us, even though it would have deserved a complaint to the administration. Shortly after, I met a former worker at the residence, who told me that she had left because it was a horrible place for both residents and workers, and that she would never think of taking her parents there. I wish someone had warned us earlier.

This residence is disastrous, a few days after her entry due to lack of hygiene and care, my mother gave birth to a urine infection, she had to be admitted and she never recovered, it didn't even last a month, lack of coordination of treatment with the home care service………. If we add fights between screaming workers and other patients entering rooms that weren't theirs…without control. Very bad place

Disgusting. Dirty. Neglected. Residents neglected. Everything disappears. Very inhumane treatment. They should inspect and close it. The damaged facilities are not repaired. There are high-end places and the rest. The rest are for rent, there are chairs.
