Sin embargo, existe una preocupación grave sobre las condiciones higiénicas reportadas por al menos un familiar, quien menciona problemas de limpieza y casos de sarna entre los residentes, lo que contrasta significativamente con las valoraciones positivas sobre la limpieza diaria de otros usuarios.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team. My mother was happy during her stay, and so was I. I felt she was very well cared for, even though we had some difficult moments. Thank you for the attention you give to the residents. She felt right at home, and that was her family's priority.

At this nursing home, the care my family has received is unbeatable. My grandmother told me she feels at home and that they help her with everything she needs. Plus, the people who work there are always willing to help and answer questions. I recommend it to anyone.

The cleanliness at this care home is appalling, affecting all the residents. Some patients have scabies, according to their families. I have a relative who is a resident there and has mentioned it. Please try to run the care home in the healthiest way possible for the well-being of the residents. This is directed to the director of the care home; please be more proactive about cleanliness, among other things. Thank you.

A very good experience. My father, Francisco M.P., was very well cared for, from the assistants to the nurses. The director was delightful, very professional, always helpful, and a very pleasant person. The social worker handled anything you needed immediately. Special mention to Kevin for his excellent service. A very welcoming and family-like residence; it gives you peace of mind. We would have liked to stay longer, but circumstances dictated otherwise. Highly recommended.

Hello, in my opinion, after 8 years of going there, I'm happy with the treatment my family receives. The rooms are cleaned daily, and if you need anything, the social worker, nursing staff, and management are available to help.
