The quality of the services and the warmth and care of all the staff make this residence one of the best I've ever experienced. The food is top-notch. They go out of their way to provide activities that improve mobility, memory, and more. Highly recommended.

My experience at the Maria Auxiliadora Residence in Canovellas was negative and unsatisfactory. I suspect there was negligence in my grandmother's care due to a lack of attention and care. Upon visiting her, I found her in a wheelchair even though she could walk. They refused to call a doctor or ambulance, and I had to insist. In the end, they took her to the hospital without providing the corresponding report. My mother was diagnosed with pneumonia and a bacterial infection that worsened due to the lack of medical care at the residence. My mother was discharged and taken to my sister's house for care. Despite this, they charged me for the month she was admitted and for the 15 days following the notice of her discharge from the residence. I observed deficiencies in the care and attention of the residents, such as understaffing, poor hygiene, and a lack of gloves when serving food and providing utensils and dirty linen. Communication was a problem; she was given medication without informing us, which made her drowsy. The owner of the residence, although retired, continues to work there, which raises questions about whether she does so to comply with the ratio and other issues. I am disappointed with the residence and do not recommend it. My experience at the Maria Auxiliadora Residence in Canovellas has left me with little confidence in it, and I hope others do not entrust their loved ones to this residence. Loved ones need a lot of care, not a business.

Fabulous residence, they provide spectacular treatment to the elderly, in particular, my mother is delighted, they attend to all her needs, but she also has the freedom to do what she wants and can on her own, she goes for walks with her friends and has a great time, she feels very accompanied.

The location is great, where you can go for a walk in a beautiful setting. My grandmother has been there for three years and loves it.
