El Centro de día de la Residencia Navarcles recibe evaluaciones muy polarizadas, con usuarios elogiando ampliamente el profesionalismo y calidez del personal de enfermería (especialmente Carla y Alba) así como las excelentes instalaciones, actividades y atención personalizada que proporciona el cuidador Jordi. Sin embargo, surgen críticas significativas respecto a la comunicación deficiente con familiares, insuficiencia de personal gerocultor, falta de transparencia en la dirección y problemas graves de acceso a información sobre residentes, lo que plantea dudas sobre la gestión administrativa de

My mother lives there in a supervised apartment. Very well equipped with common areas, gardens, lounges, terraces to sunbathe, storage rooms.
